The subscription plans work as follows:

The service plans are priced per account. Accountable2You allows a member to install the software on as many computers as they want. The member only pays for their account. All computers in the account are under the members subscription plan.

Product Suite Software

The Product Suite software is free to download and use. It works on Microsoft Windows 2000, XP, 2003 and Vista 32 bit computers. The Product Suite has two software packages: Internet Partner and Windows Partner. Screen shots of the Product Suite are located at the bottom of this page.  The Product Suite reports if it's startup routine has been changed, it was turned off or it has been modified.

Internet Partner

Internet Partner is installed by default with the Product Suite. It captures the URLs of all Internet traffic. Works on all browsers and connections. Click here to see full details

Windows Partner

Windows Partner is installed by default with the Product Suite. It captures all active Window titles including the titles to all Internet websites visited. All titles are rated all titles for adult or questionable content Reports are broken down by program used. Click here to see full details.

Internet/Windows Partner Records

Records are all stored on Accountable2You server to prevent tampering. Accountable2You keeps data for 15 days. Availability to this history depends on your subscription plan.

Weight Partner

Weight Partner allows you the freedom to choose your own weight control plan. Whether you want to loose weight, gain weight or maintain your weight, the product will help you achieve your goals by using the power of accountability. This product can be used by anyone. Weight Partner Records:

All weight Partner records are kept on the server for life. There is no restriction on availability to these records.

All Online Reports

The reporting tools are all available for free online. The reports include Windows Partner, Internet Partner, Alerts, Product Suite Reports and Other Reports (Images, Video, Music Searches and Image, Video, Music downloads) and Weight Partner.

Accountability Groups

Accountability Groups are designed to meet the needs of everyone using Accountable2You. Groups consist of two or more members. Groups allow each member to have as many accountability partners as they wish.

Groups also have the ability to share different data between different groups. For example a member might have two computers. (A home computer (used by all members in the house hold) and a work computer). The member can setup two different groups. (A home group and a work group). The work group might consist of several guys at the members work who hold each other accountable. The home group might consist of the member and his wife. This system allows for the greatest amount of privacy while still allowing the member to be accountable.

Chat

Each group has its own private chat room. The members can communicate in real time.

Inbox

Each member has their own private Inbox. This feature is very similar to email. It is very convenient to use.

Group Forum

Each group has its own private group forum. The forum can be used for discussions and conversations.

Alert Notification

Unlike the Alert email report this notification simply lets the accountability partners know that an Alert was detected. No details of the Alert are sent in the email notification.

Reminder Mode

The Product Suite has a feature that will popup a bubble every hour reminding you that this computer is being monitored. Available under Basic and Plus subscription plans.

NEW - Basic Filter

This filter isn't like the normal filters on the market that only block web pages. This filter is built off Windows Partner technology, and will close ANY program with a bad title (including by not limited to web browsers, movie players and picture viewers). The filter isn't as strict as the Alerts on the website. Its primary goal is to stop obvious adult activity. The activity will also be reported in the accountability reports. The filter will NOT be enabled by default. Available under Basic and Plus subscription plans.

Email Reports

The system emails you a report based on the reports you select.  Both the Basic and Plus service plans offer great flexibility for email reporting. Both the account and computer have email reports enabled after purchase.

Account: Allow you to have access to email reports for each computer in your account. Including computers you are holding accountable.

Computer: Once a service plan has been purchased for your account each computer will have email reports available to your accountability partners even if they didn't purchase a service plan.

Daily Internet Partner

Emails the Internet Partner reports for yesterdays activity. Available under Basic and Plus service plans.

Daily Windows Partner

Emails the Windows Partner reports for yesterdays activity. Available under Basic and Plus service plans.

Alerts

Emails the Alerts report for the last hour. This report is sent only if some questionable activity occurred last hour. Available under Basic and Plus service plans.

Weekly Internet Partner

Emails the Internet Partner reports for the last seven days. Available under the Plus service plan.

Weekly Windows Partner

Emails the Windows Partner reports for the last seven days. Available under the Plus service plan.

Hide Splash Screen

The Splash Screen loads every time the product it started. The Splash screen appears for about 5 seconds. This is the normal length for most program splash screens. The Product Suite gives the member the ability to hide the Splash screen. This options is configured from the website. Available under the Plus service plan.

Invisible Mode

Invisible mode hides the AU icon from the system tray. It is very useful in keeping your system tray too cluttered with icons. This options is configured from the website. Available under the Plus service plan. 

NEW - Advanced Filter

The Advanced Filter will allow you to enter text that you want blocked on your computer. The text you enter is confidential, and only applies to your computer. For example, you do not want "MySpace" accessed on your computer. You would simply enter "MySpace" as a filter entry. The Product Suite would close any program that had MySpace in the title. Available under the Plus subscription plan.

Ability to turn on/off Internet/Windows Partner

Both Internet Partner and Windows Partner are enabled by default during the Product Suite installation. Businesses may not want Windows Partner activity recorded. Changing the settings will inform the accountability group(s). This options is configured from the website. Available under the Plus service plan.
