Product Suite Technical Issues

Internet Partner does not detect Internet traffic. 

Right click on the AU in the system tray and select Diagnostics. Press "Start". The diagnostics runs a check to verify that Internet Partner is working correctly. The diagnostics will report any errors.

The Product Suite will not start on reboot.
Suggest uninstall and reinstall. More than likely this is due to a virus/spyware protection program.

The Product Suite Install failed.
This is a very rare problem. Contact me (ben@accountable2you.com) There are a few issues that cause this problem.
